I have lived in Bristol for over 30 years, working for the city council for the first 13 of these, until I moved into the charity sector. My background is in social work and public and voluntary sector management – I have been the Chief Executive of two local charities, and in semi-retirement have worked part-time as a charity fundraiser. Having recently fully retired, I am pleased to be able to make a contribution to the community as a Trustee and Treasurer of the Bristol Older People’s Forum.
