Please read our Manifesto for Bristol’s Older People – outcomes are identified for older people in the city around 9 themes: Safety, Transport, Care, Mental Health, Physical Health, Communications, Housing & Home, Participation, Leadership & Visibility.
We are already focussing our work using the Manifesto and have support from Mayor Marvin Rees, Kerry McCarthy MP and several councillors.
We welcome comments and thoughts – especially on how you or your organisation may be able to contribute to its delivery. The manifesto is a living document and will be updated (and progress discussed) regularly – at open meetings, board meetings, with partners and members.
Each of the themes has a lead trustee on the BOPF Board, and we are always happy to come and talk about the Manifesto and the research it is based on (….including ongoing listening to our members and others throughout our history!).
